It’s the seventh day of New York fashion
week. We have seen so many gorgeous clothes on the runway during this fashion
week. In this post, I would list some Spring/Summer 2016 trends I really love.
I’m quite sure you can find lots of dressing inspiration for the coming party
season of 2015. Read on for details.
Color to try
Seaform Serene: This season, designers
looked to the ocean for color palette inspiration with aqua blues,
bottom-of-the-ocean navys, and sea foam green.
White: Spring is all about moving away from
cozy knits and warming layers, and into lighter colors and fabrics, so it's no
surprise that a head-to-toe, all-white look is a trend. From mesh sweatshirts
paired with above-the-knee skirts to long dresses with matching ankle-strap
heels, white is hands down the season's standout color.
Embellishment trend
Leaf prints: While florals may not be
considered groundbreaking for spring, there was no shortage of
greenery-inspired prints on matching sets, cozy toppers, and even evening dresses.
Fringe Details: Rather than a head-to-toe
fringe frenzy, we saw the trimming in the elegant details, from strappy shoes
to swinging dresses.
Trending Silhouette
A-Cute Angles: Designers know their angles
and proved it with sharp, triangular shapes in oversized silhouettes. They
showcased enormous sleeves in plastic, mesh, leather, and silk.
Waist-Ed: Structured suiting gets a dash of
femininity with kimono-like, wrap-around belts. All across the runways,
everything from jumpsuits to robe coats were cinched at the waist.
Accessory
Sculptural earrings: By the second day of
fashion week, there had already been bucket hats, fishnets and furry shoes on
the runways. But one accessory that stood out among the rest were the big
statement earrings at a handful of shows. Sculptural earrings are your perfect
choices if you wish to make a bold fashion statement.
